The High-Packing-Density Tubular Ceramic Membrane Module Series (HCCM) is a state-of-the-art inorganic ultrafiltration (UF) membrane engineered for advanced water treatment applications. Built upon the foundational technologies of traditional tubular and flat-sheet ceramic membranes, this series represents a major leap in filtration efficiency.

Manufactured via high-temperature sintering of high-strength α-Al₂O₃, the membrane delivers outstanding thermal stability, exceptional chemical resistance, and superior mechanical integrity.

Compared to conventional multi-channel tubular ceramic membranes, the HCCM series achieves a single-module filtration area of up to 10–25 m². This innovative structure offers significantly higher packing density and increased treatment capacity, enabling effective removal of suspended solids (SS), bacteria, and colloidal substances.

The membranes are widely applicable across multiple sectors including safe residential drinking water, municipal potable water treatment, wastewater treatment, emergency water supply, water reuse, and industrial process wastewater management.
