Flat-sheet Ceramic Membrane
The flat-sheet ceramic membrane is an asymmetric plate-type membrane featuring a porous structure, manufactured from inorganic ceramic materials such as Al₂O₃ (Alumina), TiO₂ (Titania), and ZrO₂ (Zirconia) through a specialized high-temperature sintering process. Its filtration precision covers both microfiltration (MF) and ultrafiltration (UF), typically operating in a vacuum-driven (suction) filtration mode.
In addition to inheriting the superior performance characteristics of inorganic membranes, flat-sheet ceramic membranes offer distinct advantages in both manufacturing costs and operational expenditures.
