1400°C High Temperature Resistant Silicon Carbide Heating Element with Customized Size and Long Service Life

Silicon Carbide Heating Elements are rod-shaped or tubular non-metallic high-temperature electric heating elements manufactured from high-purity silicon carbide. These elements are processed into blanks according to specific material ratios and sintered through high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200°C. They operate at temperatures up to 1450°C in oxidizing atmospheres and offer continuous service life of up to 8000 hours.
