Electric spiral silicon carbide heating elements are non-metallic high temperature electric heating components manufactured from selected high-purity green silicon carbide. These elements are formed into blanks and undergo silicon crystallization at temperatures up to 2400°C. Designed for furnace applications operating between 600°C to 1600°C, they are widely used in glass, chemical, and electronic material heating applications.
