Product Overview

Inorganic ceramic membranes are precision porous filtration materials fabricated from inorganic materials such as alumina (Al₂O₃), titanium oxide (TiO₂), and zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) through a high-temperature sintering process. They feature a three-layer asymmetric structure comprising a macroporous support layer, an intermediate transition layer, and a microporous separation layer. The filtration precision covers microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and fine pore sizes (down to ≥2 nm).

Tubular ceramic membranes predominantly employ a cross-flow filtration mechanism for fluid separation: the feed fluid flows at high velocity inside the membrane channels. Under the applied pressure, the permeate containing small molecules passes radially outward through the membrane separation layer, while the concentrate containing larger molecules is retained by the membrane, thereby achieving efficient fluid separation, purification, and concentration.
