Flat Sheet Ceramic Membrane Modules
Flat sheet ceramic membrane modules are advanced inorganic membrane solutions designed for high-performance solid-liquid separation and wastewater treatment applications.
Manufactured from high-purity ceramic materials including Al₂O₃ (Alumina), TiO₂ (Titania), and ZrO₂ (Zirconia) through a high-temperature sintering process, these asymmetric ceramic membranes provide excellent mechanical strength, chemical stability, and long-term filtration performance.
With filtration ratings covering microfiltration (MF) and ultrafiltration (UF) ranges, flat sheet ceramic membranes are widely applied in ceramic membrane bioreactors (CMBR), industrial wastewater treatment, municipal wastewater purification, drinking water polishing, and advanced separation processes.
