Titania Microfiltration Ceramic Membranes are manufactured from high-purity titanium dioxide (TiO₂) using advanced ceramic processing and high-temperature sintering technology. The membrane features a multilayer asymmetric structure with a highly hydrophilic separation layer, providing excellent permeability, low organic fouling, and stable long-term filtration performance.

Designed for microfiltration (MF) applications with pore sizes ranging from 0.1 μm to 5 μm, titanium dioxide ceramic membranes are particularly suitable for treating oily wastewater, emulsified liquids, food processing wastewater, and other organic-rich process streams where conventional membranes are prone to fouling.
