Product Overview

This high-precision filtration membrane is manufactured from high-purity silicon carbide fine powders through a recrystallization sintering process. It features high flux, excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life.

The recrystallization process involves mixing coarse high-purity SiC powder with highly reactive SiC micropowder, followed by vacuum sintering at elevated temperatures to induce recrystallization. This yields a high-purity silicon carbide material with no intermediate bonding phase, providing outstanding high-temperature mechanical properties, chemical stability, and thermal shock resistance.
