We offer complete customization, including precision drilling, grooving, and finishing of inner/outer diameters and end faces (including curved surfaces), to meet your exact design specifications and application requirements.

  • High-Purity & Contamination-Free: Silicon carbide ceramic ensures no metallic ions are introduced into your process, which is critical for technical ceramics and battery materials.
  • Precision Manufacturing: Atomization discs are available with diameters up to OD300mm and tolerances as tight as 0.02mm. Nozzles can be polished to a surface roughness of Ra < 0.2 for optimal flow.
