Description:

The pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SIC) saggers can adopt three different forming processes depending on product specifications: isostatic pressing, slip casting and dry pressing. The formed green bodies undergo preliminary processing before being sintered at high temperatures in a pressureless vacuum sintering furnace.

 

Typical application:

Saggers are primarily used in kiln heat treatment processes, providing product transportation and protection during high-temperature firing.

Application Fields: Electronics & Semiconductor;  Automotive; Glass & Photovoltaic; Lithium Battery Cathode Powder Production;  other industrial sectors' sintering processes.
