Our pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) square beams are formed by extrusion and sintered at high temperature (2100-2200°C) in a vacuum furnace. The length can reach up to 4200 mm and the internal hole profiles can be customized to meet specific requirements.
SSiC square beams are primarily used as load-bearing support structures in industrial kilns such as tunnel kilns and shuttle kilns.
