  • Vertical Suspension (Recommended): For U-type elements, hanging them vertically is the preferred method. This avoids putting direct mechanical stress on the hot zone.
  • Horizontal Support: If horizontal installation is necessary, use a high-temperature refractory support to cradle the element along its length.
  • Electrical Connections: Use appropriate clips and ensure the contact voltage is below 0.1V. Maintain a distance of > 50mm between the clip and the furnace brick to prevent overheating.
