Our industrial-grade silicon carbide rods are engineered from high-purity, green hexagonal silicon carbide. Through a specialized formulation and a high-temperature sintering process at 2200°C, the material undergoes siliconization and recrystallization. This advanced manufacturing process results in robust, non-metallic electric heating elements capable of continuous operation at 1450°C in an oxidizing atmosphere, with a service life of up to 2000 hours.
