Engineered for extreme environments, our Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (ZrO₂) Fiber is a premium polycrystalline refractory material. It delivers unmatched thermal performance and stability for long-term use at temperatures up to 2200°C, making it the ultimate solution for the most demanding industrial and research applications.

  • Unmatched Thermal Stability: Offers exceptional long-term operational stability at 2200°C, with a short-term capability up to 2400°C and an ultra-high melting point of 2700°C.

  • Superior Insulation & Energy Efficiency: Provides extremely low thermal conductivity, measured at just 0.099 W/m·K at 1400°C, to significantly reduce heat loss and improve furnace energy efficiency.

  • Exceptional Purity & Chemical Resistance: Guarantees a high purity level of (ZrO₂ + Y₂O₃) ≥ 99.8%, with outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and slag erosion in harsh atmospheres.

  • Proven Structural Integrity: Exhibits no phase change and minimal linear shrinkage (<1.0%) at high temperatures, ensuring dimensional stability and long service life.

  • Customizable Thermal Solutions: Available in various densities (e.g., 0.5 g/cm³ and 1.0 g/cm³), shapes, and sizes—including furnace linings and special-shaped components—to meet specific thermal and mechanical requirements.
