This advanced ceramic particulate filter serves as a core component in diesel engine exhaust aftertreatment systems. Engineered with precision ceramic materials featuring a high-density honeycomb porous structure, it effectively captures and catalytically oxidizes carbon soot particles (PM) from exhaust gases. Working Principle
Exhaust gases flow through the honeycomb ceramic substrate, where carbon soot particles are intercepted and deposited on the micropore surfaces. During system regeneration, accumulated particulate matter undergoes oxidation and cleaning at elevated temperatures through catalytic action, enabling periodic filter cleaning and maintaining sustained high-efficiency operation.
